The grapes for this wine come from the Yakima Valley and open with classic aromas of bacon fat, cherries and cigar box, followed by flavors of blackberries, cloves, white pepper, herbal tea and a bit of toast.
It is a robust wine with aromas of plums, red vines and blackberries, followed by bold, rich flavors of blackberries, black tea, black licorice and dark chocolate, highlighted by a long, lingering finish.
A blend of Wadensvil and Pommard clones, it has aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, raspberry, and strawberry with hints of spice pie cherries and leather. It has delicate flavors and earthiness. We barrel aged this wine for 2 years. The finish is velvety and lingers on the palate.
Garnet in color. medium body. This wine has aromas of cherry, raspberry and blueberry with a hint of rosemary, thyme and a touch of vanilla. The taste is a concentration of red fruit with nuisances of blackberry. It is very youthful with firm tannins and bright acidity that will soften with a little bottle age. The fruit was sourced from Elerding Vineyards in Horse Heaven.
Deep maroon color, full bodied. The aromas of marion, blue and blackberries fill the nose. There are hints of spice, leather and jam. As you taste the wines there is a concentration of plums, black cherry and berry notes. The mouth feel is full with crisp acidity and soft tannins. This fruit was sourced from Elerding Vineyards in the Horse Heaven and we have exclusive use of this Barbera source.
Big ripe plum, blackberry, cassis, graham cracker and a whiff of smokiness. Big jammy wine filled with black fruit and marion berry. Silkiness on the palate with nice bright acidity and a long lingering finish.
Very aromatic with cassis and blackberry on the nose. Concentrated flavors of spice, currant, blackberry and wild berry fruit. Focused with a touch of mineral. Offers depth, richness, intensity and balance. Ends with a well structured tanninsh.
